What we do
Systemic Collective Dialogue
Hidden Dynamics Revealed & Creating Your Desired Future
Systems
We all are part of various systems. And each system is defined by a clear difference between what we experience inside and outside the boundaries of that system. What do we experience inside and outside a certain family, a country, or an organisation? A system is always part of a bigger system. In organisations your role is often part of a team, which is part of a department, which is part of a business unit, part of country, et cetera. The value of a systemic exploration of organisations, is not just to focus on the parts but to study the relationship between the parts as well. Systems consist of patterns – often being hidden dynamics – which combined have created the organisation to what it is today. Patterns ensure continuity, stability, and predictability of the system. Yet, when the outside world changes (at present day a constant) those same patterns can become limiting forces, when seeking to swiftly adapt to new market circumstances or challenges.
Collective Dialogue
Dialogue comes from the ancient Greek dialogos. ‘Dia’ meaning “through” and ‘logos’ meaning “word”. The word allows us to connect with and understand one another, to step into a relationship and to interact. The origin of dialogue is connected to the search for meaning and insight. Therefore, conversations are the foundation of all collective work, and the quality of our conversations defines the results of our collaborations. Making use of Collective Presencing, a collective sense-making and meaning-making method, integrating our diverse ways of knowing. It weaves authentic, individual contributions into new synergy, needed for the complex issues we need to deal with in our world.
Systemic Principles
Change, renewal, and innovations start with a deep appreciation for what is. And with a deep appreciation for everything that led to where we are today.
Systems want to be whole; what needs to be acknowledged so we can move forward?
Problems are solutions. To what problem is this pattern a solution?
What are our Leading Principles? What are we to the outside world? It consists of the point of contact between your essence and the person who you work for, with whom you work and for whom you work.
“Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true is what we believe… What we believe determines what we take to be true.”
David Bohm
