ClearWater Privacy Statement
The methods of ClearWater are based on trust. The same is true for the information that you choose to share with us. Because ClearWater cares about your privacy, we have created this privacy statement.
Use of your data – contacts
The information we record of our contacts within organisations is limited to the following: name, e-mail address, phone number, business address and records of business meetings.
We retain this information for as long as there is a contract in place. We retain this information beyond the duration of the contract for our relation management. Naturally, you can always request to have this information removed.
Use of your data – participants
We only record the following data of participants in our workshops: name, e-mail address, phone number, position, picture, employer, records of interviews and the results of assessments. This information is used to create our programs and to stay in contact with participants before, during and shortly after the trainings/workshops, and for creating follow-up workshops.
Use by third parties
Other than in providing goods and services for ClearWater, the personal data of neither our contacts nor participants in our programs is shared with third parties. These third parties treat your personal data in the same manner which you can expect from ClearWater and do so in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Inside or outside of the EU
All of your data will remain within the EU. Only if training occurs outside of the EU will these data be brought along with the trainer. In this case, we are required to comply with local legislation.
Information security
We use standard Cloud services where an adequate level of protection is guaranteed. We are aware of the risk factors of our own equipment and we ensure up-to-date security measures.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files, which ask permission to be placed on your computer by websites you visit. Your web browser may allow you to erase the cookies, block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. We use cookies to:
- Measure the use of our pages with the aid of Google Analytics
- Enable people to share blogs via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin or Youtube
The cookie is used to store the IP address of your machine and will not contain any data personal to you.
Your rights with regard to your data
If an ongoing contract is in place, you can request to have your information changed at any time. If there is no current contract, you can also request to have your information deleted. In both cases, contacting us through the contact details at the bottom of the page will be sufficient.
Complaints
Our collaboration is based on trust, and we hope to be able to solve any issues together in case of disagreement. If this is not the case, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
